OUR STORY

My introduction to baking began at I.S. 383 in Brooklyn, NY in seventh grade Home Economics class. Excuse me while I weep as I age myself!! I would beg my mom to take me to the market to buy ingredients to replicate the deserts I made in class. Fast forward to some years later, a friend needed extra hands with her blossoming  baking business. It was here I learned of all beautiful creations that can be made with flour, sugar, and butter! I have fallen in love with creating beautiful decadent cakes and treats and I hope that is apparent in every bite.
